I decided to grill up a pork loin for dinner today. While I was at it I also did a pan of potatoes & onions. This was done on the Holland Charcoal Grill. At the same time my boss cooked some fresh crappie on his Holland Gas Grill.
First is the grill I have been using:
Next is the food as I am getting ready to pull it off:
And the finished product:
Dam it was finger licking good.
