U.S. Optics TS series

I know U.S. Optics make good scopes, but are their TS series any good? They seem to be reasonably priced. I'm looking at upgrading the scope on my .243 from a Bushnell Elite 4200 to something better. Also looking at the Vortex PST.

No first hand experience but here's some info in case you didn't know.
