Suppressing .25 DTI

Has anyone shot the .25 DTI suppressed? Will be using a 6.5mm or .30 caliber suppressor. Will be topped with an Armasight Nemesis 6x G2+ QSi.
Thanks,
Jerod

I suppress my 25DTI with a .30 caliber can as well. The suppressor is a Varminter 30 from Dakota Silencer. I load 90gn flat base hollow points over 29.1 grains of X-terminator. I do see a point of impact shift of about 1 MOA but accuracy is very consistent at 1/2 MOA.

The .25 DTI is comparable to the .250 Savage. (Same as a .22-250, but a .257" bore) Back in it's early days, the .250 Savage was often referred to as the .250-3000 as it ran an 87 grain bullet at 3000 FPS.

I am running a flat-base 90 grain HP at 3000 FPS from an 18" barrel. Makes for a great coyote/deer round.

Thanks for the info. I am looking for a good 30 cal muffler now. Would a 6.5 muffler work even better?
I know the 30 cal would be more versatile, so that's probably the way I will go.
Thanks for all your responses!

A 6.5 can would be more quiet than a .30 can but just slightly. There's not enough of a difference for me to justify spending that much on a silencer that I can't thread on to my .308 or 300wm.
