bear hunting in colorado?

hey does anybody have any good methods on how to find black bear in the mountains in colorado since using dogs and baiting and using scents are illegal. thanks much oh and any body got any good Ideas on the size of coyotes in colorado small-large-medium?

Have not hunted bears in CO but do so quite a bit in CA. In looking for them, I normally start on dirt roads looking for tracks. I have found that they like to take the easy way to wherever it is that they are going. This time of year they are trying to eat everything in site so if you find bear scat, look to see if you can identify what it is they are eating. Good chance if you find that food source, you will find your bear. Good luck!!!!
