50 yard to 100 yard parallax what does it mean to me ?

I think I have my scope selecion down to 2 models & as you guessed it scope A) is set with 50 yard parallax & scope B) is set with 100 yards. So what does that mean to a shooter who will be shooting 200 yards or less ?
