how do i post pics???

Hey, i have some pics to post, can anyone tell me how?? im not too computer savy. lol.

I use http://tinypic.com/ You have to click on the resize and choose massage board and then Browse your pictures and choose the one you want and then click upload. Copy and paste on here. Pretty easy and they don't disappear like the photobucket ones do.
