blood tracking training

I would like to try and train my rat terrier to track wounded deer. Any idea where I can find some good info to get started.

My 2 "pennies" Put him on every "trail you can". That is what I do. Most dogs will figure t out pretty quick given the chance.
There was a thread a few weeks back about "blood trailin dogs". Lots of good info.

+++ 1 on the deer search organization ,they are phenomenal
people that use tried and true methods. I believe they take almost 2 years to fully train a dog and handler.
