Me and my buddy were hiking in a small canyon that is full of ledges teaching chipmunks and rabbits how to fly with my .17. We saw a huge pile of crap on a ledge! It was about ten by five feet, and around one-three inches thick! It was all hard add shiny. I had seen it before in cliffs, and was told it was woodrat crap. I doubt a little rodent would poop like this, or this much on one ledge. My dad says that it is from bats, and that they'll hang on that ledge on the summer. Anyone know what this crap is?
