Here are links to pics from a UN backed website called a Safer Africa. Seems as thought they are going from city to city to collect weapons and then burn them. Some of these weapons look to have significant historical or monetary value. Oh well, they're toast now. What a load of BS. I guess the locals will just have to resort back to their machetes.

A lot of those rifles look like they might have been buried in a muddy river for a while...

Those folk need to learn how to store them for a long term..

If we keep listening to the U.N., we, or our kids, may be confronted with the same.... We badly need to get them off our soil...
 
This is a U.N. publicity stunt to bring support for the global anti-gun agenda of that decadent organization.
It will happen here if those couple of million stupid American voters continue to vote for the socialist/communist bastards that have already been voted into office.
