closest prairie dogs to Indiana?

I usually drive to Newcastle WY but would prefer a shorter trip that I could make more often.

Any ideas on a good population of these critters closer to Indiana?????

Hey Principal, where do you live? I was raised in NewCastle and now live in Greenfield. Ive got some good hunting spots but Im not sure how many ground hogs are at thes places. I know I have a coup[le good coyote places although Ive yet to get one.

I would also like to know where the closest PD's are. I live in southeast Indiana and would love to go test my skills.

Would think that would be middle Kansas but you will not find the shooting to be as good as Wy, MT, or SD.
