value of CZ 527

I'm seeing some really high prices on some of these guns, but what are they really worth or selling for. I am asking because I am thinking of selling a 527 Varmint in 204. I know the market is nuts but its hard to believe these prices. What is a fair price to ask?
 
With CZ and Tikka so hard to get these days its hard to put a price on them. Easier to start high and come down than sell to low and regret it. If you post it and it sells in minutes, good chance you were to low. LOL
 
I have a 527 in 7.62x39, not for sale. I do own one 204 Ruger, Browning. I’m actually thinking of getting out of the 204. I have plenty of 223’s & 2 22-250’s that cover the bases.

If you can get good coin, them live without the 204, I’d lean towards selling into a strong market.
 
i to have a cz 204 varmint I was thinking of selling it is new in box.I have watched gun broker for several moths and see them sell shipped between 1150.00 and recent sale last week at 1275.00
They are a very fine rifle.
