Iray bolt in cold weather

Looking at getting an Iray bolt for my bolt action rifles but am concerned about the -4 degree rating. Most of my calling is in cold temps. Was curious if anyone has had any issues running the Iray in colder temps or am I better off sticking with my super hogster on my bolt action. The hogster works it’s just ideal for me on a bolt action

I bought a bolt last year and love it. Has a little different image than my hogster but works awesome on my bolt gun. I live in Minnesota and I’ve had no issues last winter. It’s as close to a regular scope as you can get and feels very natural on my tikka and rem 700.

Forgot to say junk the rings it comes with. I bought vortex rings and it was well worth it. IMO the rings the bolt comes with are way to high and are very cheaply made. You’d think for the money a $100 set of rings would be added but nope just junk.
