Accurate 2700 in 22-250

Folks,
I just bought a pound of 2700 for my 14 twist Ruger No.1V in 22-250 Remington. Checking my Lyman manual, I don't see it listed for anything other than 55 grain bullets. It's close to H380 burn rate but I don't see a lot of information.
Is anyone using it for 22-250? Are there problems using it?
Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

Check IMR/Hodgdon reloading data center they have it for more than 55gr bullets. It might help if you gave what grain bullet you are looking for.

I dont load much as far as Western Powders but have some LT-30, Accurate #9 and a few select other. For $16, their manual was well worth it. The Lyman manual is actually very vague when it comes to anything other than the super mainstream stuff. Not usually specific bullets either.

I've found AA2520 to be outstanding with clone Mk262 loads (77gr SMK or Nosler CC's) and AA2230 be be the same as (performance wise) as W-748.

The AA2520 works excellent in various .308 loads from 150gr FMJ range ammo to 175gr SMK match rounds. Quite flexible.

AA #9 serves me very well in my sub-sonic .300 BO loads and my 10mm hunting ammo for my G40.

AA2700 is outstanding with the 55g bullets in the 22/250, touch the lands with the bullet, Rem/Win/PMC brass.

AA2700 is one of the coolest burning powders made according to the Heat Index Chart.

I shoot AA2700 in many cases, 243 AI in particular with 70g at 3850 fps with cci 250. Also, used to shoot the AA2700 in the 220 Swift with 44-44.5g with a 50g bullet at 4000 fps with Rem 9 1/2 in Rem brass, tiny, tiny bug hole groups.

As the leade got shot out, I later on went to the 55g and 63g Sierra semi points with AA2700.

In the 22/250, consider the 2700 a fast burn rate of Win 760 or about the same as H380.

IN my 243 AI shooting the 70g bullets, I substituted AA2700 for the same amount of Win 760. Accuracy was fantastic to say the least!
