Question on 2 hunters and nightlights.

Having to 2 hunters at night and both using scan lights on their heads, is this to much light? After reading how coyotes sometime react to the red lights gets me wondering if only 1 guy should be scanning. There is only 1 gun with a light, the other guy has a shotgun. I can definitely see a thermal scanner in my near future! Thanks

I’m pretty sure to see eyes you have to be behind the light. If your off to the side even a little bit you won’t see a thing. I could be wrong though, never used lights a lot. That’s what I remember.

Use 2 but dont overlap much area. As marte says. You can’t see eyes unless the light is at you. Try it with a cow. Horse. Dog etc.
