Drove about an hour this morning to hunt some ground I have never been to, think 1 got by me in the tall grass then moved in a lot deeper for 2nd set.Had 3 groups answer from a long ways off but did not come in.Bumped volume up just a little with a woodpecker and a red fox tries to run over my partner.Furbearer season not open till Dec so he had a pass.No shooting but great morning in spite of heat and bumper mosquito crop.
