Surprisingly nice knife

I've been doing some carp shooting and smoking the carp. I picked up an inexpensive knife to keep in the truck that I could abuse and not feel bad. The first batch of carp I cleaned with a fillet knife and it didn't have the backbone to deal with heavy boned fish. I grabbed the inexpensive knife and it was a pleasure to cut up the carp and I think it would be a good knife for any bigger fish. It even worked pretty good as a fillet knife on some catfish.

It is a Cold Steel Roach Belly, I bought mine off Amazon on a special, Midway has them for $11.99 right now.
