My 1988 Suzuki Samurai

I bought this Samurai in 2009. Since then I re-built everything except the front diff. Replaced front wheel bearing and felt seals. Here are a list of mods that I did to the vehicle:

1 Replaced seats with recovered Suzuki Swift seats
2 DIY custom build hardtop with sliding windows that open, provides more secure vehicle
3 1.6 liter 16 valve swap.
2. SS Headers
3. Electric fan installed with auto thermostat, increased fuel economy.
4. CJ/RUF mod. CJ leaf springs in rear, rear Samurai leaf springs up front
5. Front disk brakes upgraded with larger disk calipers and rotors for better braking.
6. DIY custom made front bumper with winch
7. DIY custom side Sliders/Steps built and added.
8. DIY custom made rear custom bumper
9. Added sealed beams and re-wired headlights to run off relays
10. Added two batteries two engine compartment
11. Sound proofing was added to vehicle. Three layers of sound proofing were added, butyl rubber, closed cell foam and 1/16th inch rubber.
12. Stock steel wheels replaced with alloy wheels and larger tires.
13. AC and PS were added.
14. Subaru rear disk brake mod with hand brake ( 1980-1982 Subaru, Subaru calipers with hand brake, 1982 Subaru Legacy)
15. Subaru Master Cylinder mod (1 inch piston, 1993 Subaru Legacy MC with resivor, push rod 85.5mm long)
16. inserting a 100K resistor into the EGR temp sensor circuit
17. 4:9 Transfer case rebuild
18. 15 gallon gas tank added

That's a sweet Sammy! I know a few Zuk guys that would drool for hours over that. You did an amazing job on that top.
