Multiple night stands, vehicles?

I am brand new to night hunting coyotes, have some access to hunt in different places most of which are just rolling hills without a lot of water or cover. Are guys who are making multiple stands driving a vehicle/atv to each stand, shutting it off, and then just waiting a while to call? Or are you parking your vehicle, hiking, calling, and hiking back? Sorry, I am brand new, and just figuring out an approach to start hunting different spots throughout the night. Any other advice is appreciated.

Depends on the terrain. Easy to get turned around in the dark

take the truck. It has heat and its quiet. shut the doors quietly, and lower the tailgate slowly.

Thermal, mostly the Sandhills of Nebraska. But may have opportunities to hunt canyons as well
