31 to 31.5 grains of 8208 is where a lot of guys are shooting 58s in the 6dti and 6x6.8.

You might also try 29.5 to 30 grains of ar comp with 70s. I shoot 70 ballistic tips over 29.7 grains of ar comp out of my 22" 10 twist 6x6.8. That load is just shy of 3300 fps. 30 grains is hard on primer pockets though. 70s really pick up any of my slack.

31.5gr 8208xbr in my 6DTI with 55gr and 58gr bullets. Velocity is 3550/3560fps from my 22" barrel.

I can verify that 58gr vmax will smoke a deer from a 6DTI or 6x6.8. I shot several as well as did my brother and all just crumpled. That much energy dumping into their neck is more than they can handle

I say keep the 6DTI cuz I have one being delivered Wednesday

My plan is to use 70 BT's with H4895 as I have a bunch on hand. Is anyone using H4895 with the 70's?
