Just read some comments from Minn. new paper , wi dnr claims there are 1000 wolves in Wi hunters kill 200 in three days so people are crying that they killed over 20% of the population in three days ? Not to many years ago they said they needed to reduce bear tags only about 15,000 bears state wide, then they came back and said could be as many as 30,000 bears? They really don't know crap! I see more bears a year driving truck around west centeral Wi than I do coyotes, I didn't see my first bear till I was 18, if I don't see a least a dozen a year it's a bad year! We have 2 packs in our area alone and this is farm country not big woods there are at least 5-6 in each pack! How many do we really have in this state? I bet it's far more than 1000?
