Nicely done, I chislic'd my Lion, to me it tasted like dry pheasant, but definitely not bad.

I have cooked bobcat backstrao before. I think posted a story at the time. I tenderized and batter fried just like deer backstrap. I thought it was more like a fried pork chop in texture and flavor. Defiantly a “whiter” meat
