Went down for long weekend to hunt with some buddies this past weekend. I am fortunate to have some very good friends in central Florida that spoil us rotten when we come down.
We spent one particular evening with a close friend of ours in a very productive orange grove.
I couldn't tell you how many hogs we saw, but we ended up killing 15 in roughly 2.5 hours. Brought back 7 beautiful sows to butcher. Some of best looking hogs i have ever killed.
Im sure we would have stayed longer if we had more room to put dead ones.
Shots were between 50 yds and 250 yds with a 6.5 creed & pulsar thermion, and a 223 with 69gr noslers i load with an ATN night vision. Buddy of mine has had the ATN for about a year, and i have been impressed with it for price.
