I didn't watch the vid yet...I'll watch it later this evening though.
It seems as though the National Rifle Association was somewhat subverted from withn too. Too many fudds taking fudd positions with regards to the 2A were involved far too long. Not to mention lapierre and company pi--ing money away living like rock stars and all didin't help either.
You can't have people in positions of leadership doing that when there are multiple anti-gun subversive billionaires with endless amounts of activist organization (Such as these activist judges and courts) and money to burn willing to spend tens of millions against the 2A all the time.
Hopefully the NRA can recover with some strong leadership dedicated to defending the 2A.

I would hope the lawyers thought this out before filing. Companies like Savage Arms, Winchester, even Donald Trump, have filed chapter eleven and recovered well. Charter in Texas seems long over do.
