Best factory round .223/5.56 for coyotes?

I shoot Black Hills primarily. I used to use 60 gr but I found the 53 gr to be more accurate in my Rem 700 20” at 200 yds, both are lethal

the best factory round is the brand that shoots the " very best " groups from YOUR rifle. all manufactures / bullet brands / 40g 50g 55g on and on and on... will shoot different in your rifle. find the one that shoots itty bitty groups and go hunting and put it where it counts.

How the heck would you know Mort? I thought you sold all of them to me?

Sorry, I couldn't help myself.

Mort is a great guy and I was just messing with him.

Ive been on the search for the answer to this question for some time. Ive found that the heavies, while still exiting, produce the least overall pelt damage.

However, if you aren't concerned about pelt damage, your options really open up.

Yep, these are awesome.
