#3 for 2021

Our deer season is still running, so with little hope for a mature buck this late in the season, I went anyway this evening.

I had a yearling buck and nubbin at the feeder when they thru up their head and took off. Sure enough 4 hogs came out and started cleaning up the corn.

I tried to line up for a 2 for 1. At the shot 2 hogs dropped, one red and one black. The red one rolled around and then took off and I couldn't find him, so only one confirmed kill to make #3 for the year.

You need to run a line of corn straight away from your blind or stand. That'll help line em up for a 2fer.
I watch a lot of pigman. Thats a Dap special. Shoot em in the face.

Dap is usually shooting from a ground blind so the bullet is more horizontal and can get more in line. My muzzle is about 7 feet or so of the ground so a slight downward angle by the time it gets there. You are right though the scattered corns makes them move around more and harder to line up.
