Here's a link on coyote drags including directions to make your own very simply.

I made one this year I am really liking. I got some 1" strap and a buckle at the hardware store to make a belt and tied 6-7 ft of paracord on it with a loop on the end. Super light and rolls up to keep in my pocket. I put the belt around my chest and its so much easier than dragging them by a hand while carrying my rifle, tripod, seat and caller. I have had 2 coyotes hooked on it a few times this year and thats where it really shines. Instead of getting tired, stopping and switching hands I just hook on and head for the truck like an old plow horse haha. Hoping to try 3 on it soon but it hasn't happened yet.

I just use a piece of deer antler for a handle and a piece of P-cord. You can see it pictured here on the rock.
