Gametraks battery help

I used to frequent this forum lots but I've been out of the hunting scene for a long time. Anyway I have a gametraks and they are no longer in business and I am need of batteries. Is there anyone who can point me somewhere to get them? Any help would be appreciated.

Suggestion from another site back in 2015.

According to there website the batteries are Titanium lithium ion batteries. They are an assembly design batterie (like a cigarette pack made up of different cells), as Tinman says look at the charger an get the out put voltage and have a battery specialty store make them. They hook up with a wire connector.
 
I don't know how to do pics on here. And yes they are a lithium-ion battery. I don't know of any battery makers. I have sent emails to a couple different battery shops (not sure if they make them) but it is the holidays so I haven't heard anything back yet. I was hoping there might be someone on here who might have a place lined up
