I sort of hate to start a new year with so many things left undone in this one.
Maybe we should call a time out.Looks to me like technical fouls need to be addressed before the game continues.
Changing the rules to suit the players is not an appropriate action and the crowd should be on it's feet..
For one thing there are ineligible players on the floor.The goal is supposed to be stationary.
How many times does a player get to dribble in one possession anyway.Out of bounds does not get called at all?
What kind of game is this anyway.
Somebody give the ref a whistle.
