Primos Alpha Dogg Software help

Hello!
I mistakenly deleted it from my Alpha Dogg caller software.
Can you tell me where I can download the software.
I am in Europe Austria. I hunt jackals (coyotes). I would be very grateful if someone would help me with the software download.

I talked to Primos 3 times,you can't download their sounds if you want the factory ones, you have to send it back to them. I just sent mine back because mine files got corrupt

It is very complicated to return, so taking the package again costs almost as much as sending a new device. Primos is desperate with support.

all problems would be solved if their support was more flexible ... this is how people who do not understand our problems work there.
Unfortunately for all of us.
