In the 224 Valkyrie Cal Is the 75 gr TMJ ammo a good coyote round ? Not sure if it will expand ? A lot cheaper than the bigger grain bullet. Was wondering if the 75 gr and the speed would over come the possibility of it not expanding? Thanks. Marty

TMJ or FMJ will pencil through your target. Open tip, spire point, or polymer tip projectiles are what is recommended for hunting in general. You want expansion within the first 3" or 4" for maximum wound channel size.

The 60 grain Hornady have been super accurate in my Valkyrie.

Good luck!

Hopefully Sierra will turn loose of the new 69 gr Blitzking soon as a component. They will go great in the Valkyrie.

O'Neill Ops guys use the 69gr SMK (hollow point not TMK) on coyotes with good results from their 22 Creedmoors.

I'd think that the 69SMK in the Valk would be a good choice.
