President Trump has been predicting a V-shaped recovery from the China virus for months.Slow Joe has been predicting a "Dark winter!". The third quarter,July thru September,set another record for economic recovery:

'Gross domestic product, the broadest measure of goods and services produced across the economy, surged by 33.1% on an annualized basis in the three-month period from July through September, the Commerce Department said in its first reading of the data Thursday. The previous post-World War II record was a 16.7% increase in 1950.'

Cases are on the rise but mostly among the young. Hospitalizations are up only slightly,less than 10%. Deaths are flat and have not increased noticeably. That is all good news. As you realize,I'm sure, this post relates to the remarkable come back the Trump economy is making. If Trump holds onto the presidency he will not lock down the economy as was done in March. New and better therapeutics,and vaccines near,are making another lock down unnecessary.

There wasn't anything fundamentally wrong with the economy, we just shut it off. Same as when you turn off a light, the light bulb isn't the reason.

The growth rate could be a lot higher than that if all governors had reopened their states
