covid twice in a month

how many people have you heard of that had covid, did the 14 days isolation at home, then re-tested and were told they were negative and clear of the crap?

and then got it again 2 weeks later?

it has happened to our oldest son (in houston, tx).. this time he feels much worse and was hospitalized last night.

just wondering if you have known anybody that has had it twice?

my sister & her husband had it this spring. she has an auto-immune thing going on & it was bad, she had pneumonia twice. Not covid twice but pneumonia as a result.

She isn't assuming any immunity, if you haven't been tested negative, you aren't getting near either of them. Including immediate family.

thanks guys. he went home yesterday. feeling pretty crappy. now 14 more days of isolation in his bedroom. don't sound fun.

he has a wife and 2 small kids. none of them have got it. been lucky I guess.

Prayers for full & speedy recovery for your son, Slick & that DIL and grandkids are spared.

Regards,
hm

Read a couple days ago that first round a persons immunity ramps up, second round immunity ramps down. Very weird.
