Bore sighter recommendations

I’ve never used one. Any recommendations on what to get?

don't waste your money. read about rough sighting in through an empty bore.

Not sure why most of the answers I’ve seen folks refer only to bolt actions. I do the same with bolt actions looking down the barrel but I have pumps and levers also. I have done it 5 different ways over the years, just was contemplating a bore sighter. I guess I should have been more specific. Any recommendations on a bore sighter?
