I've been wet tumbling for a while now and using the pins so far. I recently got some of the chips from southern shine media. They seem to do an excellent job polishing, but I was wondering if anyone else is using the southern shine chips and what method you use to sort the media from brass and water. With pins, I was just using a plastic bucket and a plastic pasta strainer. The chips however, are super light and stick to everything. I like the chips and will continue to use them, but I think I need a better way to get everything sorted out.
 
Frankford Arsenal magnet is working great so far, but it's still a messy, multi-step operation. I'm actually thinking of getting a vibratory tumbler for smaller batches and to shine up newly loaded ammo.
