Calling in May

Hello everyone! Planning a new birthday tradition this year....hunting in the morning and fishing in the afternoon/evening. Only thing I'm able to hunt are coyotes, so my question is whats the best calls to use this time of year? I was just going to go with rabbit in distress and pup in distress but if there's something more effective i can use I'd like to know. Planning on doing 2 sets, about 20-30 minutes each on memorial day. Any later or longer, the heat will get me.

It's Denning season.. they have pups...plenty of food around.. I go strait to one of several pup distress sounds... Been very effective.. if somebody is around, dogs in sight under 8 minutes..
