What to use to kill cedars

Does anyone know a spray that can be bought without having any spraying license that will kill cedar trees? Trying to kill an infestation of 2’-6’ cedars in a pasture.

Product by one name is rodeo mixed with crop oil or surfactant. You need to get clear up to the crown and all the way around to the drip line. TSC has it here.

Critters like some evergreen to hide under. They are also good for antler rubs.

If you have the time, you could girdle the bark, they will soon die.

Around here I have seen guys girdle cedar and hedge. If there is one sprout from the root it will take off.
Girdle in the fall when sap goes down and spray with Tordon RTU with a little spray bottle, will kill roots and all.

IF you are dead set on spraying the local forester recommended
Crossbow and kerosene (50-50. Probably take couple apps.

Or could try Roundup but probably not.
