Choose photo and host on a site for example---imgbb.com and 600px or 640px is a good size.

Look for bb code and copy(some other codes will work just preview post and try).
In some cases you can copy image location by right clicking on a pic.

Start New Topic, go to 4th symbol from left, choose insert center floating, paste and ok.

Make sure to preview post button on bottom left and scroll down to see if picture code worked.

What is a good host site? I used photos i had from fb to post on another site, but the numbers were higher on photo, than what is used here, i think

IMGUR is a good host site. After uploading and clicking on your image, 6 links will appear on the right hand side. 5th one down is the bb code you copy to paste in your post here.

Browse and double click photo on computer, or drag and drop it in box on imgur.

Photo will appear.
Find BBcode, copy and paste on fourth icon in new post.
If you can't find BBcode- Right click on photo then left click on Copy Image Location. Then paste on fourth icon in new post.

Seems complicated first couple times for some but is simmple after a couple times.

Leave on do not size if you know size or click on it and select 600 or 640, Choose pic on computer and double click or drag and drop.

Left click Hotlink for forums on gray line, it will turn blue-right click on it and left click copy.
