The best glow paint (brightest and longest lasting) is Glow Inc. Ultra Green V10. It is likely what watchmakers put on watch dials. A good exposure to bright sunlight will keep glowing for up to 36 hrs. After you put it on let it dry overnight then cover it with a coat of clear hard nail polish to keep it from wearing off. I put it on my wristwatch crystal and it lasts for months with daily swimming. I may put it on pistol sights for night shooting. Hitting it with a good strong flashlight beam lights it for hours or all night. I love the stuff.
