Burris Veracity 4-20x50 FFP

I’d like to know the pros and cons of this scope. I have seen a couple for sale on some forums for $500 or less. The models I have seen have the E1 varmint reticle. This will be going on my 204 for prairie dog hunting. Any info is appreciated!
 
I had one and it was ok. Doubtful I'd ever buy another one though. The one I had would get kind of grainy when you turned the power up.
 
I have 2 Steiner 2-10x42 that are almost identical to the veracity line.

Ive shot pdogs with my 223 out to 550 yards, I have no complaints.
 
I have one on my 22-250... Done groundhog kills out to 500 yds.
Its not a Swarovski or Zeiss when it comes to glass. but I've always felt like it outshines anything in its price point.

Mine isn't for sale.
 
I have the 4-20 and the 2-10 both with the varmint reticle, I agree they are not Zeiss or Swarovski glass, but they are up there in quality with anything in their price range.
