Guys I use D760 night vision and Flir 64. Freind wants to set up a new AR15 gun for hunting coyotes at night. I have not used a light that attaches to gun in a long time so not up on the new lights out on the market. Can you name me / him a couple of brands and model numbers of predator lights that would work for him ? He wants a gun light not worried to much on cost for a good quality that will last him he says. Does he need a light that has multiple colors ? He will be using a 4-16x44 scope I think. What he says is that that this will be a dedicated night hunting rifle ,will not be removing the light set up etc. Need a couple choices for him and maybe a reason why. Thanks again. Marty

I personally do not have any experience with red/white and green lights, but I hear a lot of good things about a few companies...them being, Wicked lights, Night Snipe,Coyote Reaper and Hog Sniper lights, I am sure there a few more good brands out there too. I do personally own a Hog Sniper Coyote cannon with IR. I was impressed by the quality and they sent pretty much everything I needed with the kit for a full nights hunt, including batteries and chargers. It is also ridiculously bright when looking through the scope. IF I can make a recommendation, have him look at a night vision scope. I have a Sightmark Photon with the light mentioned above on a Ruger Predator as a second gun for buddies that tag along, and they work really well together. It also is pretty easy to catch the Photon on sale for 350$, and its a really nice scope for the money, more than enough to kill anything at night with.

My Croatian hunting guard killed a fox at 220 yards at night with this flashlight, LEDLENSER MT14, it's great.

Here you can find it for sale in the USA :

I advise you to buy all the accessories. They don't cost much. The magnetic attachment is perfect and almost indispensable. The wired remote control is very convenient. The green and red filters make the light almost invisible to hogs and foxes.
