Went to same place as 3 weeks ago when I had the single come in before I started calling. This time I got to start calling, started with a howl, then couple of hand call series, then turned on e-caller. About 8 min in a pair come from the NE wind from SE. At 75 yds shot the first one and its spinning, call goes into coyote distress and the second one stops, down it goes, back to the first one which is moving away slowly, down it goes, great. Turn e-caller off after 3 min of distress. Put on another sound and let it play for about 10 min. I see a single coming in from the SW and is heading NE toward the caller, not coming in hard just taking its time. Coyote stops at 150 yds, pull trigger and click. After the first two came in I put some more shell in rifle, somehow I didn't get one into chamber. Bolt it and retake aim, this time gun goes off and number 3 down for the start of the new year. Had to throw the two on the left away because of shoulder mitts.
