3.5" load data?

Hello everyone,
I was curious if anyone has any 3.5" load data for lead shot. Preferably for F buck. I would like data that calls for buffer. I got a bunch of different hulls, wads and everything so I am not looking for anything specific, i would just like some data. Thanks guys. Merry Christmas

I was trying to find my source of this info.
I would think it was BPI ugly coyote pamphlet, but I can't find it.

I use Federal pre-primed hulls
Ranger Elite 12ga pre-slit wad
1 1/2 oz of lead "F"
36gr steel powder
