Looking for load data beyond what is printed by Barnes for this tip. Looking for a good starting point vs starting at the bottom. Have read that they like a lot of jump vs placing close to lands and which powder works best for your load. I am using a Remington 700 BDL with 9.25 twist

I don't shoot a 7mm mag but do shoot a 7mm RUM and use exclusively Barnes bullets in it. I have shot and have loads worked up for 110 gr TTSX to 160 gr TSX. My "go to" bullet is the 145 gr LRX. That is Barnes' long range bullet.
I use H1000 powder and stick with it because it has always served me well.
I see from looking at Barnes load data they list H1000 for the 7mm mag as well. All of my loads are .050 off the lands.
