Singing in the rain

It's been about 4 weeks of rain around here and I was getting stir crazy sitting around so i got out to the range the other day.

I havent had the 260AI on a bench for a couple years so I figured I should see what I can still get for groups. Two five shot groups, the top group has a .40 S&W for a reference and the other a shoot-n-see little stick dot.

The bipod was sliding around on the wet bench, I lost my rear bag and the range's two complementary sand bangs was a random guys dirty sock full of sand or another decent bag with a handful of sand left in it. The group with the .40 next to it should have been tiny but I pulled the last shot outside to the left because I was getting a little shaky and bug eyed, not a bad day for wasting some time.

That's awesome!. Digging the left port action. What's your trigger pull?

Got a Savage 260AI barrel in the safe that needs to see some action, myself...

I'm not sure what the trigger pull is, it's a savage target accu trigger that I have adjusted about all the way down. It's pretty light, I like the trigger but I have never been much of a trigger snob.
