Yes.One of my hobbies is bringing back to life old knives that have seen their better days.

These two had been damaged and I reground them to make for more usable knives than the original Buck 119.I also modified the hilts,handles and butt caps.

I've got an old one of those that I broke the tip off of nearly 25 years ago. I hang onto thinking someday I'll have a use for it. What you've done there makes me think there's hope! Very nice.

No I haven't tried my hand at that yet,although I've often thought about it.

I was fortunate that I found two Buck sheaths that fit these well enough.They're a little tactical but work well nonetheless.
