Bullseye Camera System Question for You Computer Experts

Bought a long range Bullseye Camera system and am very satisfied with it. I have the app on my Galaxy s8 and it does a great job. I would however like to down load the Bullseye Camera manager on my Laptop. It has Windows 10. This is usually a very easy task as the manufacturer offers a link to do just that. Unfortunately the link to download to windows 10 is down and they don't even have an estimate of when it will be available. Bullseye Camera tells me it is only available through them. When I google it all kind of options come up to down load it, but I don't know if they can be trusted. My question is can someone who has this already downloaded to windows 10 some how send me a copy of it to install on my computer? Forgive me if this is a stupid question but Computers are not my strong suit.
