I am in the middle of a short 6.5 Grendel build on a SBR lower. Thinking of putting a shorter can on it for compactness sake.
Going with a 12.5 inch barrel with carbine length gas system and an adjustable gas block.
I have a SDN-6 and wanting something maybe a bit shorter and quite a bit lighter (I think it is 26 oz). I gave a TB 30p1 that is 16 oz but about 9”long.
Does anyone have experience with the Ultra 5? Or any other recs...
