6x45 with h4198 and 60 hp's???? Data?

I'm curious if anyone has any experience with h4198 with something around a 60 grain bullet. I can't find much and I'm looking for a place to start.
 
27.3 h4895 is shooting great with the sierra 60 hp's but only 2935 fps. Shot good at 3230 with 27.3 2200 and 55 varmagedon but groups fell apart recently.
I cleaned it today and it is still liking the h4895 60 hp load but I probably need to try 2200 and the 55's again.

I shoot 55 gr. Nosler ballistic tips in my 6x45 pushed by 24 grs. of IMR 4198 to just under 3,400 fps. This load is safe in my rifle but I can't speak for anyone else's.
 
Im not sure if h41898 is similar to imr 4198 but I will probably start in at 22.5 grains with 60s and 23 with 55s. I saw where someone was loading 25 and I thought that sounded a bit stiff. I just didn't find much information and wanted to make sure I was in the ballpark. Thanks!
