Just out of curiosity, what is a good, bright light for shining? Something that's battery operated or plugs into a truck and is super bright. Preferably not something too expensive, under $100.

I attached a small little Carabiner clip through the hole on the bottom of that Spotlight and it Clips right onto your belt loops of your pants if you need to get out and walk around. Makes it real Handy
I'm not aware of anything above that strength of light that is under $100. Above that I think you're going to have to get into $250 to $350 flashlights

You can find them on sale for a little over $100. I use 2 of them,one gun mounted and the other to scan long distance. They are very bright beam lights.
