The state inspector was checking a mental hospital when he came upon a man mopping a hallway. There was also a man hanging upside down from the light fixture. The inspector asked the man who was mopping what was up with the light fixture guy.
He said Oh he is crazy he thinks he is a light bulb.
The inspector got some help and got the light guy down and started off and the mop guy gathered up his stuff and started off with them.
The inspector said where are you going?
Mop guy said Well I can't work in the dark.
